Logo Design Brief

Flatrock Manor consists of five assisted living homes in Michigan. Population served include the elderly, mentally ill and developmentally disabled. A couple of the homes focus on behavioral services and one has a specialized program for adults with autism. It would be preferred if the logo consists of flat rocks (hence the name), such as skipping stones. Colors should be calming; include teal, chocolate brown and burgundy/wine. The final design should communicate a welcoming, caring environment and make you feel comfortable placing your loved one to live there. I've sketched out an image of my concept for the logo(please see attached image for your reference).
