Flyer Design Brief

I am a real estate agent working in the Hamptons, NY, USA. The Hamptons is one of the most expensive and desirable zip codes in the world. Gorgeous houses on the ocean, bays, fields, horse farms, top-class golf courses, etc.
The Hamptons is located on Long Island, NY. Southampton, Bridgehampton, Water Mill, Sag Harbor, East Hampton, Sagaponack, Amagansett, Wainscott - small villages that are included into the Hamptons.
I an looking to put together a flyer to attract potential buyers , sellers, landlords and tenants.
I'd like to have a cover : with a picture of each village and its name. The logo of my company. The picture of myself and my contact info. My contacts and my picture should be 1/4 of the cover. Plus some text. I have a professional do the wording for the cover plus the back side of the flyer.
