Illustration Design Brief

See the attached .png file. I'd like it redone, with each of the three images in its own circle, maybe each slightly overlapping to suggest continuity? I'd like the images to be more illustrator detailed, potentially with some background that fits the concept of each image. (such as: living room background for the first, home office or cubicle for the second, ?? for the third) or use your imagination.
I'd like all three images to be the same 'person', a woman of mid 40's age. The lettering fonts for the upper left title and lower right subtitle can be changed to integrate with the style used in the illustration. I'd like the header illustrations to convey that this site helps you to find practical solutions to common but puzzling health concerns.
The total size should take up what is currently the orange header space at the draft site www.baker900.wix.com/jeffbakermd and the circled images mentioned above would be centered in the area bounded by the white lines left and right of the 'sign up for the newsletter' text.
