Logo Design Brief

I am an iOS developer who uses the name "matheda" for branding, social networking, email, etc. You can see my work on matheda.com. I need a simple, scalable (vector) treatment of the lower-case text "matheda" that will look equally good at the bottom of a splash page of an app (which will be small), at the top of my web page, on a business card, and in print advertising (which will be big - think sponsor banners at an event). It should look correct in both light and dark colors since I will need to adjust it to provide contrast on various splash screens.

My style is simple and professional, but not generic corporate. Think Apple, not Microsoft. I am looking for something with a little individuality and style, not just a new font selection.

Must have

• - Vector based
• - Looks nice at both small and very large sizes
• - Can be displayed on a variety of both light and dark backgrounds. My preference would be for a design that has a dark and a light version.

Should not have

• - Simple font output. I am looking for the text to have a little uniqueness.
