Postcard Design Brief

Hello, My father is a world war II 17th airborne veteran. We are traveling to Belgium and Germany to retrace his steps during the war. It was suggested that we make a photo card to hand out to people who want them during the ceremonies. Ok so I need a design for this. I know this is for a postcard design, but keep in mind that I will be uploading this to vista print and produce photo cards. Has to be fewer than 25 MB, according to vista print. It is going to be on a 5x7 vertical. In scan 0003.jpg my dad is in the middle, underneath the flag. I don’t need the other gentlemen in the picture, but that is up to you. President.jpeg is a presidential citation award, 17th, is their unit patch and 466 is his battalion. Now I want to say on this card “ I am grateful and humbled by your show of support for the 17th Airborne. – Thunder from Heaven. Daniel Chipego” then I want dadsign.jpeg near this so it looks autographed. Any questions let me know. Also I don’t know if I want scan0002 included. I would say leave it out. But who knows. The postcard is double sided so I just might put that as the other side and you create the difficult side. Thanks
