Web Design Brief

We need a three part design for a nonprofit charity auction platform. This platform will eventually interface with a cell phone app, therefore the initial design needs to be responsive. Each phase should produce a working web page that builds upon the previous phase. The first phase is strictly to be a content page which can present our YouTube channel. It should also be a direct link between our alternate social media resources, e.g. FB, Twitter, Instagram etc. We can afford $500 for each phase (total $1500). Only serious long-term designers need respond.
