Your budget is large so it would be better if you'll tell more details.
For examples: your favorite types of logo and fonts, colors, maybe you have a site, maybe you can show interesting examples for you from web and etc.

Details would help for us to find right way cause in project like yours often a lot of general designs.

Hi there, I am interesting in working on and perhaps submitting a design (if I can come up with something I like). However, I just have a quick question, where are you located? I assume your name is reflection of your location but the Pacific Coast is a big area. It would be nice to know the general location of your target market as it might be worth incorporating into your brand. Just a thought. Also, do you have an colour preferences for your brand?Typically Real Estate, Investment, and finance companies use a deep blue or green. Traditionally this colour palate instills confidence, but it might be fun to use a fresher and more dynamic palate. However - it depends again on your targeted market. Anyway, I have not participated in a contest before so I hope I am not breaking any rules by asking these questions... but I like to know what my client's story is so that I can more accurately reflect it. If you have a chance to answer my questions this late in the contest - fantastic. If not then, no worries.
