Web Design Brief

I educate advisors in the financial sector in the use of Lync, Skype, TeamViewer etc. for online customer meetings.
My Company has a name (Dikom) and a domain (dikom.dk).
DIKOM is DIgitale KOMpetencer (digital competences in Danish)
I made a terrible mock up via the editor on one.com on the domain. Have a look.
I need my logo to be much better (but I would like to keep the 0II0) and the webpage to be totally re-designed and catchy.
The text is in Danish and the headlines is what, how and who (Hvem, hvad og hvordan).
Ideas for a better structure are welcome :-)

Target Group: Human Ressource, technical developers and business developers in financial Companies. In Denmark we do not have a tradition for very "corporate" looks in the finansial sector. I would like creativity and customer value to be on top of mind.

Task: Redesign the logo, design the web page.
