Is it always like contest closed for a week-2 and client still deciding???Or even if they've selected design,but didn't approve payment and you have to wait???!!!I'm newbie here and really don't understand the system...

Hello and thanks for your submission, we will start reviewing all the Logos today. We had almost 100 submissions and they are all very good, that is why we are taking some time to decide.
