YouTube Design Brief

I need a banner that creatively describes my what my videos will feature. I have a video gaming channel on YouTube that is entirely based off of horror and comedic video games.
So what I would love to see in my banner is a cool cartoon version of the characters in the banner i use now which i provided in the files. Although excluding the characters on the ends I no longer want those to be in the new one. (The mickey mouse and the jar with the face).
So what I envision is something with a navy blue background like in the original banner. In the middle I would love to see the name drawn out "Dr GoodBear with the Library Crew" if possible to be drawn if not then what you think looks best is fine, along with the character depicting me (The file that is named "goodbear torso and head" a very slender character with messy hair thats fringed up in the front with a more tan skin color than in the picture provided) to be in the middle leaning on the name throwing up a peace sign. The characters from the original banner will be on the ends of the new one. All of it in a cartoonish style that you think goes best with the drawn image of me and just looks good all together.

EXTRA NOTES: a lot of detail if you can would be appreciated and well considered because that was one of the reasons i wanted a new image because it wasn't detailed enough to look like it was done professionally. And also I know the image I drew of me doesnt have legs in the picture but if you include legs i would picture it to just have blue jeans that are cuffed at the bottom with black shoes. Sorry for writing so much and being very specififc, thanks to all of you.

P.S. you can draw it in a different cartoon style if you think it would look better altogther then the one im drawn in the original file named "goodbear torso and head"
