Brochure Design Brief

Hello!

We are a dynamic real estate company based in Noraville, Australia and we are looking to freshen up our days on market brochure. We would like to update the style as well as the content (details of sold properties (June-Dec 2014) attached in excel doc along with updated track record data). I have attached the last one we did for reference (Jan-Jul 2014). The brochure is used in both print and PDF format and needs to be clear, concise and easily read. Please ensure company logo, details (address/phone/website etc), staff photo and company colours are used. Our company motto is Done. Different. so if you can include that somewhere we'd be most grateful.
