Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for an internal sales initiative called "Captain HDS". Our sales people sell Rosemount instrumentation (rosemount.com) for industries such as oil & gas, refining, and chemicals. Our products measure pressure, temperature, level, and flow. We've coined the term "HDS" to stand for Highly Differentiated Solutions and group some products under this name. The initiative Captain HDS is a call to action for all sales people to sell products within the HDS portfolio. We would like a logo that plays on the themes of highly differentiated solutions and a highly regarded ship captain. The final design should be clean and communicates sales leadership for a set of solutions.
