Can you clarify? You wish to have a box with front, back and four sides (like the jotter box) but with 3 separate inserts.

Do you wish to have art on the inserts?

You mention wanting a lid, middle and back but that the main info should be on the lid. Is this the outside box you refer to? Did you mean to say, "lid, FRONT and back"? If not, can you clarify?

There is no artwork on the insert, it's the front of the box it needs to go on, the first submission has confused people.
