Poster Design Brief

We are a small business located in Torrance, CA that does electronics recycling. We are branching out to doing fundraiser events with local charities and need a poster we can re-purpose for each event. Because we are a small business, we like stuff that is personable and accessible. We can make boring professional stuff (we fix computers, after all!) but we need something more fun. An example of our current design style can be found on calltheninja.com

Requirements
Must have
  • - Something noting Call The Ninja is a sponsor with our contact information (879 W 190th St, Torrance, calltheninja.com 310-951-9290) along with a slot for the information for the other sponsor such as Friends of the Library
    - A list or graphical representation of what we can/cannot accept for recycling. A list of what we can take is at http://calltheninja.com/electronics-recycling/ the main important thing to communicate is that we will take all electronics/computers/cables/video game systems/phones/screens/monitors regardless of whether they work or not but that we do not take "old-style" bulky CRT monitors
    - A blank space for the event location/time/date
    - A strong emphasis that the event is FREE and a way to responsibly recycle electronics
Nice to have
  • Something that can easily be adapted for poster size and 8.5x11 flyers. If you design this for us, we have some other parts needed for our "promotional pack" to give to non-profits and would love to work with you. It would be great if this could follow similar design themes to those found on our website calltheninja.com. We are big fans of the "ubuntu" font series (http://font.ubuntu.com/)!
Should not have
  • Language that is profane, sexist, racist, homophobic, or otherwise might offend people.
