Logo Design Brief

We recently changed our company name. We need a logo for our website, LinkedIn profiles, and future business cards. Our company name is HJW Executive Search, LLC. Attached is a logo we made on another site (based out of France) that we really like and want to use, but we are having a lot of trouble getting an answer from someone and are not comfortable using them. Can you replicate this logo? If so, will we receive it in PDF? jpeg?
