Illustration Design Brief

Hi designers, I'm working on a paper for publication in a peer-reviewed medical journal. As part of this project, we must include a number of figures that illustrate the data we collected. I am looking for a designer to help put together one of these figures aesthetically. This figure is supposed to provide context about how we performed the experiment and also show the graph. There are 3 components to this figure: 1.) A schematic drawing of a rat with the area of the back with a box around it which projects to three boxes below. 2.) These boxes are three side by side images at different time points. 3.) Below this is a graph which illustrates the boxes quantitatively. Attached is a file "layout.jpg" which is a crude drawing of what all of this should look like. The files #1-3 are the boxes (as described in number 2). And the #4 is the graph (as described in number 3) as a pdf. Please create the graphic in as high a resolution as possible. Attached is "Sample_Figure.jpg" which shows the style in which the rat should be drawn.
