Logo Design Brief

I need a company logo for the development company I run in Southern Maine. We are a high end luxury development company that it positioned on the coast in York, Maine. This logo will be a permanent trademark for the company that will appear on signs, vehicles, business cards, etc. I haven't decided if I would like it to read "Tide Run Development" or "Tide Run Development, LLC." Which ever looks sharper! Thanks!
