Logo Design Brief

I need a Logo for my company. The company name is Multi Service and I do as the name says many different services and sales. I sell office supplies and home electronics such as televisions, loudspeakers and home cinema but the main part is Office Supplies. I install audio, video and computers to both private and company customers. I also do web design. My webpage is www.multiservice.se. I would like to see designs that use the red color of my webpage but it should also suit a white background. In a near future i am going to start a e-commerce called multishop and the idea is to have the logo name multiservice and multishop the same style but just switch the word service with the word shop so that the customers recognize the logo when visiting the two different webpages. I am using prestashop for my webshop and here is a url to the theme I´m planing on using. http://addons.prestashop.com/en/demo/FO9839.html . Just not these colors.

It might be difficult to make the colors suit both the red background color that is on my webpage and a white background so that is not a must have.
