Logo Design Brief
I need a logo for a new company based in Australia called 'Ag Profit'. The company will provide an innovative farm business data analysis and reporting service to farmers via their business advisors (typically accountants).
The service is web based so the main medium for the logo is the web. I do not want the logo to be too 'agriculture' based as we are seeking to achieve credibility with those in the financial arena as they are the first line of customers for Ag Profit - then followed by the farmers.
The majority of the pages on the web will be rather conservative as there will be quite a lot of data options being displayed (ie similar to say MS Sharepoint) - hence it would be good to have a little bit of colour in the logo somehow to lift the page. However I also think the 'corporate blue' colour does provide some sort of association with 'conservative accountants'.
I would like to communicate that by being involved with Ag Profit will help business profit grow. Also the theme of triple bottom line reporting (financial, environmental (ie sustainable ag production) & human resource performance can be explored.
There is also the potential theme that Ag Profit uses smart technology (ie statistics, data mining, etc.) to identify/find the key issues to helping the business grow.

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: First of all - thank you for all the effort put in by the designers. I have received many designs but at this stage there is no design which stands out as the 'one'. Some designs may be close and I want to keep working with them to progress. I must admit it has taken much more of my time to try and keep on top of all the designs coming through. I apologise for being too brief when I eliminate and not communicating enough with designers. I will try and improve for the final few days.
It is still possible for a new design to make it through. I will look to increase the reward if a design really hits the spot. Keep up the good work.

Hi All,
I want to thank all the designers for their amazing committment in providing so many designs for this project.
There has been some really good concepts and whilst at this stage there is not one standout - I am hapy for the deadline to finsih tomorrow. If you are interested, please keep sending your designs in until the deadline closes as you still may be in the hunt.
Unfortunately I will not be able to provide much feedback for the next 2-3 days as I now have to go away and I am not sure of my cpacity to get online. I will do my best. At the lastest you should hear from me on the weekend.
