Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based in UAE called MENA Event Management LLC. We will be an event management company with the focus of providing Corporate event management solutions. The company is being formed by an extraordinary lady who has 25 years experience in the field and yet is 25 years old at heart. The logo should give the message of being ethical yet innovative. Experienced yet fresh. The other small factor I wanted to mention was that, We would like to see designs that can make the 'E' in MENA could like like and 'i' as well as an 'e' because this corresponds to her name.
