Flyer Design Brief

I would like a flyer that highlights a particular area I'd like to market in. They should have the price and pictures of the houses that sold in the area on the flyer a long with the two realtor photos and the brokers logo. It is a two person team. Andrew Macdonald and Greg Osmond. We are targeting Town Houses in the city of St. john's, Newfoundland. We need a catch phrase for the two of us. We have a thought of "your friends in real estate", but we are open to suggestions. We'd like it to be a white, Red and Black through out the flyer.

Please make a front and back.

Three variations of the flyer would be great. I'll add more photos. If you have any questions, please contact me. I look forward to working with you. I may need a business card and website as well.
