What should be the logo text? Is it "Mobidis"? Also please send if there is any banner content.

The name of the plugin is 'Mobidis'
The subtitle is 'Because you have serious issues'

You should incorporate some of the keywords, which are in the brief and the logo of rogerthat.
The design should reflect the 'mobile communication' aspect.

Also, are you 100% about that tagline? It seems somewhat confrontational to me, and doesn't really seem to speak to the "fast escalation to resolution" advantage that your plug-in seems to address.

I will check for some screenshots - but this is not what we want on the banner
The marketplace allows to provide screenshots next to the banner.

Some creative design is very welcome.

Excellent, okay, well I submitted a design last night, hopefully the text on there works for you! I noticed some of the apps of Atlassian showed a portion of a screenshot in the splash banner, along with the screenshots normally shown in the carousel, but now that I've put something together I see that I didn't need them anyway!
