I need a logo design for a company called "Lewiston Wolfe". We provide Property Condition Assessments to lenders or buyers of commercial real estate properties.
The acquisition and finance of commercial real estate is often riddled with complex issues. Before closing, both lender and buyer need to learn as much as possible about the commercial property, existing conditions and restrictions, title issues, zoning ordinances, tenants, leases and the physical structure.
We have evaluated thousands of diverse property types industrial facilities, high rise office buildings, hotels, golf courses, and regional mall portfolios.
We are open to any color pallet that communicates a professional and contemporary design that is modern and not traditional.
NO HOUSES IN THE DESIGN PLEASE.
Updates
My company only provides consulting services to commercial real estate users and I never mentioned houses or residential properties. Houses are never included in my work and should not appear in the design.
