Web Design Brief

I am starting my own company as a a senior facilitator, keynote speaker, executive coach, webinar training instructor, quality management adviser, and classroom presenter. I have taught diversity and cultural competence, organizational development, change management, leadership, organizational dynamics, team-building, accountability, negotiation, work-life balance, quality management, DISC, and hundreds of web based trainings. I have a PhD. in Counseling Psychology, MBA, B.S. in Human Development, Family Studies, and a Master’s Practitioner of Neurolinguistic Programming. My degrees and certifications give me a foundation for advising a wide variety of people, industries, and cultures at all organizational levels. I would like a design that's fun, engaging, humorous, progressive, and has a professional feel. I really like the colors burgundy wine.
