Postcard Design Brief

We need a postcard to mail locally to promote our Auto Repair business. We do mechanical repairs and State inspections, both safety and emission inspections. Plan on mailing within a 3-5 mile radius of our shop. Thinking of offering a free state safety inspection with the post card ?? I have a design that I was going to use off of a t-shirt that we had made ??
