Thanks to both of your for your messages. This is the first job I have posted on here so I was unsure about giving the payment guarantee straight away - however, I am very serious about getting this job done, and if proposals are received which match my requirements I will certainly choose one.

If someone wants to do the design element first but leave the coding element until after payment has been guaranteed that would be fine - as long as you can show me previous Flash projects you have done, so I can see that you have the skills
