hi can you explain more when you say "A thinking icon/animation. (Animates to fill up when 100% complete)" ? it's just static icon right?

I need to have this project completed by Wednesday.  I will be selecting a winner SOON!  Submit your finals soon.  The coders need the UI design ASAP.
