About the book: It is an A5 size book, small 40 pages miniguide
Book title: The ultimate mini guide to property finance
Book subtitle: The straight line to wealth
Author: Cam McLellan
Back cover content: Please see attached word document "back page"
Colours: Our company logo should go at the back of the book. One colour we can't use is red. As this is a finance book the red colour is seen negatively. may be light green? you are the expert.
I think lots of white space will work well.
NOTE: please read the back cover notes to get an understanding of what the book is about. It educates readers about finance in property investing. It makes sense that image used combines 'property' and 'finance'. please read back page document attached.
NOTE: it is a small A5 , 40 page book . Its a miniguide rather than a book .

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: Dear designers,
Thank you for submitting your work over the last few days. Unfortunately we haven't been able to get back to you regarding the final selection of design as the Author of the book has been away on leave with his family without reliable internet access.
He is now back and will be giving feedback as we go. We apologise for the time extension.
Unfortunately the site didn’t allow me to limit the extension for less than 5 days but we may not require that long.
Thanks again.
Mimi
