Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a company that has been in existence since 1986 but 51% is being acquired by a First Nation partner. The company was called Backwoods Contracting and it is being re-branded as Backwoods Energy Services. The company previously did tree planting but now provides oil and gas construction services in Alberta, Canada. The current services include: lease site preparation, civil works, tree clearing, pipe-lining, pipe coating, labor. The final design should communicate an established energy services construction company. We would like "Part of the Alexis Group of Companies" in smaller text within or under the logo.
