T-shirt Design Brief

edit: So I got some replies saying this is too broad. I don't know how to get it more specific...I am not a designer. I want the phrase listed below split above and below the image that is attached and edit the image that is attached to have a beer can in his hand/ drinking it.

I need a large graphic for the back of a T-shirt. It is for a very adventurous group of people. The following phrase must be included and is the point / description the graphic will represent:

"My beer drinking team has a commando problem."

Concept of the graphic / ideas: The attached file is a graphic from deviant art of the character Sandman from Modern Warfare 3. Basically if he was finishing a beer and tossing it into a pile of empties while raising a short barrel rifle that would be tits.

The graphic is for a t-shirt so if you have experience on how that should look to make it look good on a T-shirt use that style.

The T-Shirts will be black but could also be another color if black background makes it too difficult to get good detail or whatever.

I'm really not picky. This, as the title suggests, is for a group of friends as a "joke" t-shirt and isn't for a company or anything. I'm very open to different designs and styles and just want it to look good and incorporate the phrase.

I have no idea how the design process works; like time it would take or the information needed to start so if you need something specific please message me and I can answer any questions.
