So we want to create a website where distressed homeowners can be matched with investors who are very willing to buy their houses for cash.

Something like, "Are you having trouble making your monthly payments? We match investors who are willing to buy your house for cash with no contingencies, no repairs, no commissions, and no hassle, and at NO cost to you."

And then have boxes that allow people to enter their names and address and phone number.

Thoughts?

No specific color scheme - simple, stock photos. Plain white background would be fine!
