I am a solo business consultant operating in Australia servicing the Australian, New Zealand, US & Singapore markets. I have two pillars to my business. First pillar is I help executives improve their operational efficiency, profitability and maximise their investment in capital. The second pillar is to maximise a company's investment's in ERP systems. This may involve helping select a new system, maximise the use of their current system or help implement the newly selected system. Over 75% ERP system implementations fail to deliver in some for or another and I remove the risk and worry associated with these risks.
