Graphic Design Brief

I would like a template for creating ebooks. The end product must be in Word or PowerPoint so that I can edit it. It should be consistently branded, based on the look and feel of the website http://www.kes.ns.ca/home . It should make strong use of visual... we have tons of great photos. It could be used for Spots At King's Edgehill -- showcasing our sports. Or travel with King's Edgehill. There should be an intro page that will be a bit text heavy and closing page with ample room for text as well. The interior should have a few different layouts to choose from with varying image and text block sizes.
