Logo Design Brief

Cleveland House is a small, boutique hotel in a renovated 100-year old building. I want something that is intimate, not the feel of a big corporation but still be memorable. The name with curls or lattice around it might work. I have attached a picture of the building before renovations to give a sense of the place. Ideas that I like…a pencil outline of the building, the idea of curls or lattice surrounding the name, something to convey history like a gargoyle or similar architectural element. I'm also open to new and fresh ideas!
I have attached a picture of the building BEFORE renovations (the outside will remain the same except there will not be any trees!!!).

Target Market(s)

The hotel will be for medical tourism…both patients and medical staff who will stay at the hotel. A small percentage of business men will also be part of our customer base.
