Web Design Brief
Hi all , we are a family owned scrap metal recycling company based in Burnley , Lancashire, England. We have been established 5 years and currently have a live website which is www.summitrecyclingsolutions.co.uk . I have recently run a leaflet design on design crowd and was happy with the fresh new look and I'm looking for a revamped look for our website.
As you can see from my existing website it looks boring and drab. Im looking to revamp it with a funky new functional look. I am led to believe that currently one page websites are the in thing and i must say i like them, I'm looking for a website that has been designed with mobile surfing in mind and is compatible with smart phones. I would ideally like the website to echo the leaflet design not literally but certainly have a connection between the two.
Key features to the website are to be that we buy all grades of scrap metal, we are a family run business, we offer a scrap metal skip service, we service all the local areas, would like the map featuring perhaps tying that in with google maps?
i want our opening times and address on, i would also like Facebook, twitter and linked in to feature , in particular Facebook, if possible i would like some of our Facebook wall featuring on my website along with our Facebook reviews.
I would like obviously green to be a main feature on the site along with our logo and pictures of the scrap metal as per leaflet
The website is to be clean, easy to use, eye catching, modern , trendy and feature a professional feel that reflects the sector of scrap metal recycling
Obviously details and text can be used from our existing website but id like to be dazzled by creativity
