Logo Design Brief

We need a logo designed for a new organisation that will be the certifying body for laser therapists in Australia. It will be used for stickers on laser premises and certificates displaying that they meet criteria for membership. This is a new organisation. My current logo is attached but it does not need to look like this as it is a seperate entity. But I do like the flash symbol
I want someone to be creative.
