Is this a poster? or a flyer? They are different sizes. Do you wish to hang this up around the neighborhood or put in peoples mailboxes?
Looking at the designs that you like, I would say this is a small poster - and I will go with that until I hear otherwise.

Have submitted a poster proposal. I based the size on American Letter size. I can also provide the poster in International A4 size. I will provide the design in the required formats (E.g. PDF) on given my success in being chosen.
