Web Design Brief

I need a brochure-style website to get a new vacation rental management company off the ground until a more full-featured site is commissioned. This site needs to be impressive visually but not have lots of moving parts and functionality yet.

A google image search of "Adagio 30A" will provide plenty of images for look and feel of the project. A quick google of "coastal modern design" will provide some feel for interiors and a color palette using the beachy but subtle colors typical to that decor.

Adagio is a 130 unit condominium complex in a very active beach rental market. The tone of the community is upscale family vacations...it is NOT a party destination. Beach and family time are what most people are here for.

I have attached an image of the sign with our script logo here for inclusion though I am having some modification done on that script to better it slightly. Two of those candidates for the new tweaked logo are uploaded here as well. I prefer a simple menu layout with a clean look and feel.

If good design comes in quickly I may zero in on one quickly to tweak it and get things moving.
