Web Design Brief

I need a fairly simple website design built in PSD format for a site / blog in the finance niche. My current web address is www.optionstradingiq.com. Options Trading IQ is a site that teaches people how to trade options with a focus on income strategies.

I need a simple homepage built and then another similar template for all other pages including blog posts.

The rough design layout is shown attached excel file. It is similar to www.johnpaulaguiar.com although I don't like the colors on his site at all. My logo is attached also, so the colours should be aligned with my logo.

In the header section, I will be giving away a free ebook called "Bullsh*t Free Guide to Iron Condors" so I will need a 2D and 3D book cover designed as well. The design should be aligned with my logo and site design.

  under the ebook sign up section, need a big bold heading - "HELPING YOU TRADE IRON CONDORS AND OTHER INCOME STRATEGIES WITHOUT THE BS"
  6 sidebar sections as detailed in excel file
  Social Proof at top right, on the same line / level as the logo
  "home advertise contact" in the top left in small discreet font
