Logo Design Brief

I provide executive coaching to senior managers who are going through a lot of change in their company / personal lives.
Additionally I provide consultancy for companies to manage IT related change (in other words, to make sure that when they invest money in a system, the people will actually use it).

I want to the logo to say : here is someone we can trust and who knows what she is doing.

Requirements

Must have

• I would like the Fibonacci spiral shape in the logo somehow (see attached).
• This shouldn't be just the spiral in itself but for the shape or approximate shape to be in the logo somewhere.

Nice to have

• The one thing I like about my current logo is the use of the initials CBD in the logo itself. It looks a little like a butterfly which I also love as butterfly's refer to change, and transformation.

Should not have

• I have attached the current (very amateur) logo that I have. It is too boring.
