Book Cover Design Brief

I need a front book cover design for my book titled "Technocracy Rising: The Trojan Horse of Global Transformation". It is a non-fiction book 5.5 x 8.5 paperback. The topic concerns Technocracy, where all elements of society are controlled by scientists, engineers and other experts, using science and technology as the rationale for making all decisions pertaining to people's lives. Using a Trojan horse could be OK, but some imagery for technology would be necessary. This is a sophisticated book, however, and I want a classy and clean looking cover that is not overly-sensationalistic or cluttered. The subtitle could tuck nicely underneath the main title, Technocracy Rising. The rest of the cover (spine, back and inside) will be completed by my publisher.
