Please provide any of the following: address, phone/fax numbers, email, website address, slogans or anything you would like to put on your stationary. I assume its just 8.5x11 sized paper?

We have email and a website but are still pre launch. Use whatever place fillers you wish and we will make the adjustments in the source file once we make a decision. Thanks.

If you have the native .ai or .eps file for your logo that would be helpful as well. Please advise when you have all of the contact information required to build your stationary package. As stated by another use we will need;
Name(s)
Phone Number
Cell Number
e-mail addresses
web addresses
and if you actively use social media for your business please provide names of which you are using ie: twitter, facebook, google +, etc...

As I explained the other instructor, We are pre-launch. We do not have a physical address or phone numbers. Feel free to use place fillers, Once we choose a design and receive the source file we can change all of that information. We have .psd file for the logo design and can post. We use Facebook and twitter and our website (although not designed completely) is www.shidogroup.com. Hope that helps.
