An old message I know, but it took me until last week to get this fixed. After the winner was announced, the second place designer refused to turn over the design. As a result, a partial refund was issued, but no other second place was allowed. For some reason, the partial refund blocked me from getting the first place design as well. Total nine-month disaster. :-/

Total nine-month disaster. :-/
And to be fair, of the 500 designs submitted, around 300 of them were the same design submitted over and over and over again before I could block the designer who was spamming the project.
