Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a logo for my company, Stylehawk Event Services. Stylehawk is just getting off the ground- initially it is side/ freelance work with the goal of becoming full time within the next year.

The logo should be versatile enough to be used in both print and digital applications.

A little about the business-

Our statement of common purpose is:

Stylehawk Event Services uses a structured approach to event coordination to alleviate stress and achieve your targeted event goals.

We provide the following:

(1) Event Venue Management (focus on institutional clients- Universities, community colleges, high schools)
(2) On- Site Event Management
(3) Event Planning
(4) Volunteer/ Staff Management

We will handle all types of events, but generally focus on:
(A) Athletic Events (youth sports, road races, golf tournaments, etc).
(B) Niche Sports (martial arts, cheerleading, surf contests, etc)
(C) Student Events
(D) Community/ Entertainment (concerts, street fairs, festivals)
(E) Corporate (meetings, staff retreats etc)

Because client ranges from college students to corporate I am looking for something cool, but subtle (conservatively edgy..?). Timeless. This is not a wedding or party planning business.

The company name is Stylehawk Event Services and it would be nice to have the full text, but not if it limits design.

I'm not looking for a picture of a hawk although I am thinking of a "bird" influence either in text or abstract.
