Logo Design Brief
We need a logo design for a new real estate agent team, Davis Property Advisory Group (DPAG), at the company Reece & Nichols in Kansas City, Kansas. The team specializes in working with sellers and homebuyers. The team's tagline "Advise : Research : Connect"
High Concept: Davis Property Advisory Group has a deep understanding of human dynamics in the Kansas City real estate market where they leverage new marketing insights and web applications; such as, social media, against traditional marketing in order to target high value customers with market leader authority.
We would like to see designs for logos if possible using the tagline (large, small, thumbnail, icon, favicon) using the colors dark grey, light grey, black, white, steel (metal look), red. All options and not all have to be in the design, but that is the basic palette. The team also will need to co-brand with their brokerage so go here to get a sense of the look of the brokerage firm and to make sure the design aligns with Reece & Nichols National Brand http://jasondavis.reeceandnichols.com/
Some adjectives to describe DPAG brand: Simple, Elegant, Sophisticated, Futuristic but with a hint of Traditional.
Think merging new and old. Like Carnegie Steel Company with Apple.

Real Estate services in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area have become a disappointment. This opinion has been expressed by homebuyers, home-sellers, real estate agents, real estate brokers, managers, and professionals in associated professions and trades. Reasons for this disappointment range from lack of customer service, to lack of empathy, to lack of effective tools for buyers and/or sellers, to a general decline in communication. Jason M Davis’s vision is that real estate in the Kansas City Market has become disorganized, inaccessible, complicated, and the standards of marketing presentation continue to decline.
