I am a real estate agent looking to expand my network, and gain business in a particular neighborhood that I have had great success selling homes in. I would like to showcase my past successes and market myself to homeowners in a way that differentiates myself from other real estate agents. My past transactions in this specific neighborhood (Waterman Farms) have sold for 99.4% of list price in less than 30 days.

The overwhelming make up of this neighborhood is middle class, first time home sellers. Most likely the seller will be listing their home to purchase a home that is larger for their growing family, and a home that offers more upscale amenities and features.
