Logo Design Brief

We have set up a youth project for a Jr rowing Club in Milton Keynes. We are after a new logo that can be used for the club which MUST use the attached logo for our main charity. It has to link to rowing in some way. Colours are very important as we have to race in certain colours (please see photo of the racing gear) . The logo must be able to put onto the racing gear in the middle of the chest (please see photo).
