Logo Design Brief

I need a professional design of a logo for a company called "switch electronics". I have attached a brief design of what it roughly needs to look like, I just need a more professional design.

It is important the S part of the logo has the 2 arrows on both ends. The "switch" text should be a futuristic professional font (the company sells electronic components), and the "electronics" text should be more discrete and have a professional clean font.

The colours preferably should be blue and black.
