Logo Design Brief

I am an Estate Agent looking at having a shopping website linked to moving house so thinks like loans, house, garden, white goods, tv's, kitchens, bathrooms, carpets etc all to do with moving house. My website name will be Housebuster and not sure whether to include a catchphrase 'all under one roof' or just go with a straight forward housebuster logo, let me know your thoughts on what would look best and most eyecatching or indeed if you can come up with an alternative catchphrase yourself. Open to any ideas.
