Logo Design Brief

This project is for the development of a logo for a real estate development company. The company is a branch of a larger development firm called SPAZIO.

This company will concentrate on large hospitality and social housing projects in the Caribbean region of Colombia and surrounding countries.
We would like the logo to be very corporate and and minimalistic. We would also like for the logo to speak for itself so that we can use it without the company name attached to it when ever we see fit. Since the company will be developing different type of projects from social housing to luxury hotels it is very important to us to have a logo that is simple and approchable for our social housing clients, yet corporate and elegant for our hotel market clients.
